Israeli occupation forces seized Saturday, 10 December 2022 Palestinian-owned bulldozer and prevented farmers from plowing their lands in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
Israeli occupation forces confiscated an agricultural bulldozer belonging to Palestinian farmers and prevented them from reclaiming their lands in the Al-Zuwaidin area, said Fouad Amour, the coordinator of the protection and resilience committees in Masafer Yatta.
Israeli occupation forces prevented Palestinian farmers from plowing their land in the Al-Samra community area, tried to seize an agricultural tractor, and forced them to leave the area.
Masafer Yatta and surrounding Palestinian communities are subject to ongoing Israeli violations, including multiple assaults by illegal colonizers against Palestinian farmers and their lands.
Masafer Yatta, located in southern Hebron Hills, extends over an area of 30,000 dunams, with a population of 2,500 residents distributed over 12 villages or hamlets.
More than 2000 Palestinian residents in Masafer Yatta are facing imminent expulsion from their homes by the Israeli occupation under the pretext of classifying it as a military training area for the Israeli forces in which the Palestinians have no right to live.
