The Israeli occupation authorities released on Thursday, October 27, 2022, the Palestinian detainee Moaz Adnan Massimy from Balata refugee camp, north of Nablus, after 16 years of detention.
The director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club in Jenin, Montaser Sammour, said that the occupation released the prisoner Massimi at the “Salem” military checkpoint, west of Jenin, where he was languishing in “Megiddo” prison, and he has been detained since 2006 when he was 19 years old.
The Israeli occupation holds about 4700 Palestinian detainees, including 600 patients, in its prisons in poor living conditions.
