Israeli Occupation Orders Uproot Dozens of Olive Trees Near Tubas

M.Y | DOP -

Israeli occupation forces on Saturday invaded a Palestinian orchard east of Tammoun town, south of Tubas in the northeastern West Bank, and handed a military order for uprooting 140 olive trees.

Ghassan Daghlas, a Palestinian official who monitors Israeli illegal colonialist activities in Tubas, said the soldiers invaded olive orchards in Um Kbeish, east of Tammoun.

Daghlas added that the soldiers handed a local farmer, Khaled Naji Bani Odah, an order to uproot 140 olive trees in his orchards.

The Palestinian planted the olive saplings in his privately owned olive orchard approximately thirteen years earlier.

Tubas is one of the Palestinian governorates subject to frequent Israeli violations carried out by the soldiers and the illegal colonizers who frequently invade lands, uproot trees and destroy property.
