On Friday evening, Israeli occupation navy ships attacked several Palestinian fishing boats with live fire near the shores of Jabalia, Beit Lahia, and Gaza city in the besieged coastal enclave.

Local sources said the occupation navy fired many live rounds and gas bombs at the fishing boats and attacked them with water cannons, causing damage.

The sources said the intensity of the occupation’s live rounds fired at the fishing boats forced the Palestinians to leave and return to the shore.

The attacks occurred in Palestinian waters in the al-Waha area, northwest of Gaza city, the as-Sudaniyya area west of Jabalia, and near Beit Hanoun, in the northern parts of the coastal region.

On Thursday evening, Israeli occupation navy ships attacked Palestinian fishing boats near the shore, in the southern parts of the Gaza Strip.

Also Thursday, Israeli occupation navy ships fired many live rounds at Palestinian fishing boats near the shore of Gaza city.

On Wednesday, occupation soldiers burnt Palestinian agricultural lands near the perimeter fence, east of the Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza city.

Earlier Wednesday, the soldiers invaded and bulldozed agricultural lands, and fired live rounds at farmers and shepherds east of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The attacks are part of constant Israeli violations against the Palestinians, especially the fishermen, farmers, shepherds, and workers in the besieged and impoverished Gaza Strip, and resulted in dozens of casualties, including fatalities, in addition to severe property damage and the confiscation of many boats after abducting the fishermen.

In March of 2021, the Palestinian Interior Ministry in Gaza said Israeli mines were responsible for an explosion that led to the death of three fishermen.
