Israeli occupation forces opened Wednesday, 12 October 2022 fire toward Palestinian farmers and their agricultural lands east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Local media sources reported that Israeli occupation forces stationed inside military sites east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip intensively opened fire at the Palestinian workers, forcing them to flee from their workplaces.
It is worth mentioning that the IOF stationed in the east and north of the Gaza Strip deliberately shoot and fired gas on a daily basis at Palestinian workers, farmers, and shepherds, depriving them of their only source of livelihood.
Israeli occupation continues its illegal practices against Palestinian workers, which are part of Israel’s illegal blockade that amounts to a prohibited collective punishment under international law.
