Israeli occupation forces opened Saturday 23 April 2022 gunfire at Palestinian shepherds to the east of Khan Yunis in the south of the Gaza Strip.
Israeli occupation stationed at the border to the east of Abasan town opened heavy fire and tear gas canisters at agricultural land there, forcing shepherds to leave the area.
No injuries were reported.
Gaza is an occupied territory, having no control over its borders, territorial waters, or airspace. Every two in three Palestinians in Gaza is a refugee and the Israeli occupation forbids them from exercising their right to return as enshrined in international law.
