Local sources reported that the heavily armed Israeli forces broke into Hebron, Ramallah, and Jenin detaining several Palestinians after raiding their houses and terrorizing their families in multiple military raids across the occupied West Bank.
In the south of the West Bank, Israeli troops invaded the Hebron refugee camp of Al-Aroub and kidnapped 5 Palestinians including 2 siblings identified as Nader Al-Sharif, Jabr Wael Al-Badawi, Ibrahim Ahmed Jawabreh along with the 2 siblings Samed and Ammar Mahmoud Jawabreh.
In Ramallah, IOF arrested the freed Palestinian detainee Adham Abu Arqoub and the student at Birzeit University Dia Sobh.
In Jenin, Israeli heavily-armed forces barged their way into the Burqin town, broke into several houses, and kidnapped the 2 Palestinian siblings Tariq and Nabil Ibrahim Abu Shadouf after raiding and searching their homes. Israeli troops detained the two freed Palestinian prisoners Nahid Salim Hamarsheh and Ali Abdel Rahman Baajawi after raiding and searching their homes in the town of Ya`bad.
Palestinian towns and villages in the occuiped West Bank and Jerusalem have seen increased near-daily military raids and violations by Israeli forces in recent months.
Last November, Israeli occupation forces detained 380 Palestinian citizens, including 41 children and 11 women, from various Palestinian cities according to Palestine Center for Prisoner Studies.
