Israeli Occupation Forces Kidnap 16 Palestinian Citizens of Occupied West Bank

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnapped Monday, May 16, 2022 16 Palestinians from the occupied West Bank, local sources reported.

They said that the IOF arrested five citizens after storming the city of Al-Bireh and the town of Beitunia, west of Ramallah. They are Tariq Al-Shafei, Yahya Al-Shafei, Moamen Al-Shafei, Iyas Al-Shafei, and Alaa Yassin Samaha (38 years).

In the Jenin governorate, the occupation forces arrested the two young men, Basel Raed Abu Hassan and Muhammad Mustafa Samoudi, from Al Yamoun, while the Israeli occupation police arrested the two young men, Amjad Ali Abu Al-Rub, and Bassel Ahmed Abu Al-Rub, while they were inside the occupied lands of 1948, both from the town of Qabatiya.

In the Hebron Governorate, the IOF arrested the two brothers, Islam (20 years), and Hamza Iyad Al-Bo (26 years), after they raided and searched the house of their relatives in the town of Halhul, north of the governorate.

IOF also arrested the two young men, Alaa Amer Kulaibi and Hussein Nabil Sheikh Ali, after raiding their homes in the Tulkarm camp, in addition to the arrest of the two young men, Abdullah Zuhair and Waweel, and Muhammad Bilal Freij, who are in their thirties, after they were arrested at a military checkpoint erected at the eastern entrance to Qalqilya.

In the city of Bethlehem, IOF arrested Nidal Ahmed Salem Abayat (47 years), after raiding and searching his house in the Wad Shaheen area in the city center.
