The Israeli occupation forces demolished a Palestinian business establishment in Deir Ballout, which is located near the city of Salfit in the northern West Bank, on Tuesday. They justified their action by claiming the building was constructed in Area C of the occupied West Bank, which is completely controlled by the Israeli occupation.
Samir Nimr, the mayor of Deir Ballout, reported to WAFA that the army employed a bulldozer to demolish a 350-square-meter complex, which held a carpentry and an animal barn and was owned by a Palestinian.
He reported that the occupation forces shot live ammunition, in addition to tear gas and flashbang grenades, at the young people who had congregated to demonstrate against the destruction and attacked two young Palestinians.
