M.Y | DOP -

Israeli occupation forces Sunday night blocked Red Crescent personnel from accessing and rescuing an elderly Palestinian in the village of Huwara, located south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus.

Ahmad Jibril, the lead of the Palestinian Red Crescent Emergency and Ambulance Department, said that the Israeli forces are blocking the medical personnel and vehicles from reaching a Palestinian man with diabetes in Huwara.

He stated that the medical personnel had to arrive on foot and aid him in place.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that over 100 Palestinians in Huwara, which is located south of Nablus, were hurt due to violent assaults from settlers and Israeli occupation forces. These assaults included a stabbing with knives, a Palestinian with diabetes collapsing, and 3 ambulances being attacked.
