Days of Palestine – Hebron
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) forced Monday a Palestinian resident to self-demolish a part of his family house in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
Local activist Fouad Al-Amour said that the local activist Murad Hamamda was forced by the IOF to self-demolish a part of his 40-square-meter brick house.
Palestinian houses and tents are almost daily targeted in that area with the aim of displacing the local residents.
According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), a total of 768 Palestinian structures in Area C and the occupied East Jerusalem have been demolished by Israel between January and November 2021.
