DAYS OF PALESTINE – The Human Center for Democracy and Rights stated that the Israeli occupation forces kidnaped more than 505 Palestinian citizens including 55 children and 6 females, in addition to 96 administrative detention orders in January 2022 in Occupied Palestinian Territories OPT.
In a report on situation of OPT, the center noted that Israeli occupation forces demolished more than 64 facilities, including 26 homes and 38 facilities in the same period.
Through the center’s follow-up of these violations, it recorded the demolition of 64 facilities, including 26 homes and 38 facilities.
As documented by the report, the number of settler attacks, was more than 60 attacks in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.
The Center also monitored 95 seizures and demolition of Palestinian properties, in addition to 6 settlement activities and plans during January 2022.
The Center affirmed that it does not legitimize settlement, Judaization and forced displacement practices by the Israeli occupation forces, and that what the occupation commits violates international law and constitutes a war crime and a crime against humanity.
The human rights center called the international community to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for its crimes, and addressing the continuous violations.
