The Commander of the Central Region in the Israeli occupation army approved last night, Wednesday, February 8, 2022, a decision to the demolition of 3 Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
The Hebrew Channel 7 stated that the decision includes the demolition of the house of the Palestinian detainee, Younis Hailan, who carried out the “hotel operation”, in which her killed an Israeli settler, and the house of the martyr Mohammad Souf, who carried out a resistance operation in the Israeli “Ariel” settlement, which killed three settlers and injured others.
In addition, the Israeli military commander signed an order to demolish the house of martyr Khairy Alqam, who carried out the an operation in Jerusalem, which killed seven Israeli settlers and injured 3 others. This operation was in response to the ISraeli massuccer in Jenin that killed 9 Palestinian citizens.
The Israeli occupation uses the policy of demolishing homes to punish the families of the Palestinian freedom fighters in the West Bank and Jerusalem, and to try to deter Palestinian young men from exercising their right to defend themselves and resisting the Israeli occupation forces and Israeli settlers who attack them on daily basis.
