Israeli occupation navy on Saturday morning, August 27, opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats, in the northern and southern Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that Israeli forces opened fire at the Palestinian fishermen while assuming their job in the southern and western areas of the Gaza Strip. No injuries have been reported.
About 3606 Palestinian fishermen risk their lives every day to make a living under difficult economic conditions. Since the start of 2022, the Israeli occupation has committed about 150 violations against Palestinian fishing in besieged Gaza.
