Israeli occupation forces stormed on Thursday, 4 May 2023 the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, killing three Palestinians and injuring 4 others.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that Israeli occupation killed three Palestinian youths identified as Hassan Al-Masry, Moaz Al-Katani, and Ibrahim Jabr during a military raid into the old city of Nablus.
Undercover Israeli special forces infiltrated the Yasmina neighborhood in the Old City and surrounded a house belonging to the Palestinian family of Akouba amid huge military reinforcements in the vicinity of the town.
Eyewitnesses affirmed that Israeli occupation forces targeted the besieged house with live bullets and fired a number of missiles toward the Palestinian youths inside the house.
Palestinian Red Crescent in Nablus stated that 166 Palestinians were wounded four of whom were shot by Israeli forces’ live bullets in addition to 152 cases of gas suffocation including school students treated in the field.
Israeli troops prevented the Palestinian medical crews and ambulances from reaching the scene, the Palestinian Red Crescent stated.
For several months, the Israeli occupation forces have been carrying out military raids in the occupied West Bank, concentrated in Nablus and Jenin.
According to Palestinian figures, Israeli forces killed more Palestinians in the occupied West Bank in 2023 than in any single calendar year since the Second Intifada.
Since the beginning of 2023, at least 100 Palestinian people have been killed in Israeli attacks across the occupied Palestinian lands, including at least 17 children
