The fascist Israeli lawmaker Itamar Ben Gvir returned yesterday to the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem along with a couple of his followers in an attempt to provoke the Palestinian residents of the neighborhood.
Ben Gvir, 45, who heads the Israeli far-right Otzma Yehudit party in the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, went to a makeshift office he had illegally set up last month in the front yard of the home of the Palestinian Salem family.
He attempted, under the protection of Israeli occupation police, to provoke and threaten residents and activists taking vigil in the area to protect the residents from the Israeli occupation attacks.
