Israeli occupation forces stormed Thursday, June 22, 2023, the occupied West Bank city of Jenin and blew up the house of Palestinian prisoner Kamal Jouri.
Local Palestinian sources reported the occupation forces stormed the city of Nablus from several axes, accompanied by dozens of military vehicles and a bulldozer, and surrounded the house of the prisoner Jouri’s family on Tal Street. Israeli snipers deployed on some buildings overlooking the house.
Several months ago, the occupation forces took measurements of the house of the Jouri family and handed the family an order to demolish it.
The Israeli occupation claims that prisoners Kamal Jouri and Osama Al-Taweel carried out a shooting operation near the “Shafi Shomron” Israeli checkpoint, west of Nablus, in October 2022, killing an Israeli soldier.
Jouri and Al-Taweel were detained last February after the house they were in in Nablus was surrounded and they were wounded by Israeli fires.
Last week, the occupation forces demolished the house AL-Taweel family.
