Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a Palestinian youth early Monday morning, September 18, 2023, alleging his attempt to carry out a stabbing near the city of Jerusalem.
Israeli Channel 14 reported that a young man attempted a stabbing operation at the Mazmoria checkpoint near Jerusalem, but an Israeli soldier shot at him and “neutralized” him, with no injuries reported among the soldiers.
The Israeli medical organization, “Doctors Without Borders,” claimed that the youth who carried out the alleged attack was shot by an Israeli soldier, without providing any further details.
