A Palestinian was killed, and another was injured as Israeli occupation forces targeted a vehicle in Sabastia town, northwest of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
According to the Palestinian Red Crescent official in Nablus, Ahmed Jibril, Israeli forces opened fire at a vehicle in Sabastia town, resulting in the death of a young man and the injury of another.
Jibril further explained that medical teams rushed to the scene, transferring the martyr’s body to the hospital while the injured individual was detained by the Israeli forces.
In addition, Jibril said that the occupation forces fired more than 40 bullets at the vehicle in Sabastia town, fatally injuring one individual in the head.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health later identified the martyr as Fawzi Makhalfa, 18, confirming the loss of a precious life due to the tragic incident.
