Israeli occupation forces shot and killed a Palestinian youth on Monday afternoon, July 10, 2023, on the road near Deir Nidham village in the city of Ramallah, alleging he had planted an explosive device.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that 33-year-old Bilal Qadah was killed by Israeli gunfire near Deir Nidham village, west of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
The Israeli occupation army alleged that they opened fire on a Palestinian young man who they claimed was attempting to plant an explosive device on the road leading to the Neve Tzuf settlement.
In contrast, Israeli Channel Kan has asserted that the Palestinian managed to throw an explosive device and fire several shots toward an Israeli unit before being shot by Israeli forces.
Israeli occupation forces prevented Palestinian medical teams from reaching the injured youth in Deir Nidham village, west of Ramallah. Witnesses reported that Bilal, injured and bleeding, was left on the ground before his tragic death.
Palestinian figures revealed that Israeli occupation forces and settlers have killed about 204 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, Gaza Strip, the 1948-occupied lands, and Jerusalem so far in 2023.
