Israeli occupation forces IOF kidnapped 10 Palestinians during confrontations in occupied Hebron on Friday evening, February 17, 2023.
Palestinian local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces invaded the Bab Al-Zawya area in occupied Hebron, which triggered confrontations.
Israeli forces kidnapped 10 youths and transferred them to a military checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Shuhada street.
The sources added that Israeli occupation forces stationed at the roofs of the Palestinian buildings in the area, and fired tear gas canisters. Several suffered tear gas inhalation as a result.
This coincided with several protests held in protest of Israeli settlement expansion in different parts of the occupied West Bank, during which dozens of Palestinians were reported injured.
