Israeli occupation forces attacked Thursday, June 8, 2023, Palestinian farmers in their agricultural lands near the separation fences (eastern border of Gaza) east of Gaza City.
Israeli forces reportedly fired live bullets and toxic tear gas bombs at the Palestinian farmers in their land west of the Juhr al-Dik neighborhood in the central Gaza Strip and east of Rafah in the south, forcing them to leave their lands. No causalities have been reported yet.
It’s noteworthy that Palestinian citizens who live near the separation fence at Gaza borders are subjected to the Israeli occupation’s continuous attacks, including shooting, razing of agricultural lands, and illegal detentions.
Last May, IOF detained 6 Palestinian citizens in Gaza, including four fishermen. Two other Palestinians were detained near the separation fences east of Gaza.
