Israeli occupation forces and bulldozers penetrated Thursday, June 1, 2023, the separation fences east of central Gaza, attacking Palestinian farmers and razing their agricultural lands.
According to local Palestinian sources, several Israeli military vehicles and bulldozers penetrated into the Palestinian citizens’ lands, east of Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, razing and vandalizing agricultural properties near the separation fence.
Palestinian eyewitnesses reported that 8 Israeli bulldozers invaded the area, vandalizing Palestinians’ lands.
Israeli forces reportedly fired live bullets and toxic tear gas bombs at the Palestinian farmers, forcing them to leave their lands.
It’s noteworthy that Palestinian citizens who live near the separation fence at Gaza borders are subjected to the Israeli occupation’s continuous attacks, including shooting, razing of agricultural lands, and illegal detentions.
Last April, IOF detained 11 Palestinian citizens in Gaza, some of them were detained while passing through the Erez crossing, through which the Israeli occupation controls Palestinians’ movements and all aspects of life in the besieged Gaza. Other Palestinians were detained near the separation fences in eastern Gaza.
