Israeli occupation forces attacked Sunday, June 4, 2023, Palestinian farmers in their agricultural lands near the separation fences (eastern border of Gaza) east of Gaza City.
Israeli forces reportedly fired live bullets and toxic tear gas bombs at the Palestinian farmers in their lands, east of the Al-Shuja’eyya neighborhood, forcing them to leave their lands. No causalities have been reported.
It’s noteworthy that Palestinian citizens who live near the separation fence at Gaza borders are subjected to the Israeli occupation’s continuous attacks, including shooting, razing of agricultural lands, and illegal detentions.
Last April, IOF detained 11 Palestinian citizens in Gaza, some of them were detained while passing through the Erez crossing, through which the Israeli occupation controls Palestinians’ movements and all aspects of life in the besieged Gaza. Other Palestinians were detained near the separation fences in eastern Gaza.
