In the wake of devastating Israeli air attacks, Gaza’s Civil Defence has reported the recovery of at least 30 bodies from two schools, al-Nasr and Hassan Salama. The tragic incident underscores the severe impact of the ongoing Israeli war in the region.
According to a statement from the rescue service on Telegram, approximately 16 displaced individuals remain missing under the rubble of the al-Nasr school. Rescue operations are ongoing as emergency teams strive to locate and assist any remaining survivors.
The attacks have intensified the already dire humanitarian situation in Gaza, where civilians, including those seeking refuge in schools, are increasingly exposed to Israeli attacks. The international community continues to call for de-escalation and immediate humanitarian aid to address the urgent needs of the affected population.
