DaysofPal- The Israeli army intensified airstrikes, artillery shelling, and gunfire in northern Gaza on Sunday amid a strict blockade that has halted the entry of food, water, fuel, and medicine, witnesses reported.
Israeli forces bomb six buildings in Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza, killing at least 45 people, mostly women and children. Dozens more were injured.
Meanwhile, two Palestinians have been reported killed in Israeli shelling in Tel al-Zaatar, east of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza.
Israeli drones also bombed an area near al-Fakhoura School in Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, killing two citizens, while helicopters opened machinegun fire at the southern areas of northern Gaza.
Meanwhile, rescue efforts are being hampered in northern Gaza due to a lack of ambulances and civil defense services, as Israeli forces have blocked access to the area.
Northern Gaza has been under a three-week ground assault by Israeli forces who are forcibly displacing tens of thousands of residents out of the area.
