CNN: New Evidence Shows Israeli “Double-Tap” Strike on Gaza Hospital was Triple Attack

DaysofPal – Israeli forces carried out a large-scale demolition operation on Saturday inside the so-called yellow line southeast of Khan Younis, further expanding the destruction of civilian areas despite the ongoing ceasefire framework.

Earlier the same day, Israeli jets launched ten airstrikes within the yellow line in Khan Younis. In these striking neighborhoods, displaced Palestinians had sought shelter after being pushed south by months of bombardment. Troops also detonated multiple buildings east of Gaza City, continuing a pattern of systematic attacks across the Strip.

The Israeli military imposed the yellow line as an operational boundary under the ceasefire mediated by the United States. Still, it has essentially turned into a militarized area with restricted mobility.

Despite the agreement, Israel has continued to bomb, demolish, and advance along this line, reinforcing Palestinian claims that the genocide never truly stopped. Airstrikes were also reported across Gaza City and in the Nuseirat and Bureij refugee camps on Saturday.

According to the Gaza Government Media Office, 24 Palestinians were killed in these attacks, bringing the total number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire took effect to 342.

Among the victims were five Palestinians traveling in a civilian vehicle targeted in the Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City. Israeli Army Radio said the strike was aimed at the head of Hamas’s weapons department and was coordinated with a U.S. military center in Kiryat Gat.

Amid the escalation, Israel’s Security Cabinet has assessed that another major military operation in Gaza may be inevitable, according to the official Israeli broadcasting authority.

Citing unnamed political sources, the authority reported that several ministers believe Hamas’s growing capabilities inside Gaza make a renewed offensive unavoidable.

The Gaza Government Media Office also documented 497 violations of the ceasefire agreement committed by Israeli forces between October 10 and November 22, 2025. The office described these actions as “direct violations of international humanitarian law and the protocol attached to the agreement.”
