Israeli occupation forces IOF on Wednesday raided the Taqou town, south of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem, razing a Palestinian land, uprooting at least 20 olive trees, and demolishing a well.
The director of Tekoa municipality, Taysir Abu Mufarreh, stated that the occupation forces, accompanied by two bulldozers, raided the lands of citizens in the town of Tekoa and bulldozed 4 dunums of land.
He added that the occupation bulldozers uprooted 20 olive trees and demolished a water well owned by the Palestinian citizen Muhammad Al-Shaer.
Abu Mufarreh stated that these demolitions are part of Israel’s series of systematic violations against Palestinians and their properties, noting that Israeli settlers erected a number of tents over the lands demolished today.
