Dozens of Palestinians were injured on Friday, September 23, 2022, as Israeli occupation forces IOF attacked the Palestinian anti-settlement protest in Beit Dajan and Kafr Qaddoum.
According to the Palestinian Red Crescent, at least 38 Palestinians were injured on Friday after Israeli occupation forces attacked protesters in Kafr Qaddoum and Beita.
Local sources reported that several Palestinians sustained different injuries in Kafr Qaddoum as Israeli forces suppressed the anti-settlement marches with rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas canisters.
In addition, a 13-year-old Palestinian child was hit with an Israeli live bullet in the thigh, and others suffered tear gas inhalation after IOF fired tear gas grenades.
On Fridays, Israeli occupation forces IOF attack and injure dozens of Palestinians while participating in rallies in several areas in the occupied West Bank to protest the Israeli settlement expansion in favor of building new settlements.
