Days of Palestine – Ramallah

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided on Monday at dawn and kidnapped 40 Palestinian civilians from different areas of the occupied West Bank.

Asra Media Office said that IOF kidnapped about 40 Palestinian civilians after raiding their homes and vandalizing their properties. Nine of them were released after interrogating them in the field, the office reported.

The Office added that IOF stormed Deir Abu Mishaal town west of Ramallah, and detained ten Palestinian civilians from there. Later, the occupation forces released all detainees from the town, except one Palestinian young who identified as Othman Tayseer.

From Silwad town, east of Ramallah, IOF kidnapped three Palestinians as well, the Office confirmed.

IOF also stormed Ya’bad town in Jenin and detained Hamas’s leader, the ex-prisoner Ezz Eldeen ‘Amarna. They also stormed Araqah town in Jenin and kidnapped and four Palestinians as well.

Meanwhile, IOF kidnapped the Palestinian youth, Diaa Salama from Jenin camp on Za’tra military checkpoint south of Nablus.

Asra Media Office also said that four Palestinians were kidnapped by IOF from Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

From Jerusalem, Israeli occupation forces detained 11 Palestinians, the Office confirmed.

At least 4,600 Palestinians are held in Israeli prisons, including about 500 administrative prisoners, according to groups concerned with the affairs of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.
