Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) raided Saturday morning, March 18, 2023 the village of Taanak, to the west of occupied Jenin.
Security sources said that the occupation forces, with military reinforcements, raided the village of Taanak and launched a large-scale search campaign, without any detentions being reported.
It’s noteworthy that the Israeli forces intensified their military presence, and deployed snipers among the olive groves in the vicinity of the villages of Zabuba and Rummana, adjacent to the Salem military camp.
For several months, the Israeli occupation forces have been carrying out military raids in the occupied West Bank, concentrated in Nablus and Jenin.
Palestinian figures showed that Israeli forces and settlers carried out about 151 attacks against Palestinian families and their properties in the occupied West Bank in February 2023.
