Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale detention campaign Thursday dawn, December 8, 2022, against Palestinian citizens during military incursions on different parts of the occupied West Bank.
According to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Media Bureau, only 16 Palestinian citizens who were detained by the occupation forces were identified.
Local Palestinian sources stated that the IOF invaded, in the dawn, Ramallah province, the center of the occupied West Bank, and detained Palestinian citizens.
In addition, they invaded Silwad town in the northeast of Ramallah and detained two men from the Al-Najjar family whose son, Mujahed Al-Najjar, was killed yesterday by IOF.
In Jalazone refugee camp, north of Ramallah, the occupation forces detained Zayd Zayd and Muhammad Alshenni after raiding their houses and terrorizing their families.
According to Palestinian eyewitnesses, large numbers of Israeli occupation troops were deployed in the area.
In Nabi Saleh, Kafr Ein, and Bayt Rima villages were invaded by the Israeli occupation forces at the same time.
In the City of Ramallah, an Israeli occupation patrol invaded Alirsal and Mesbah neighborhoods in the city and detained college student, Jude Subh, from his house.
In the City of Nablus, the IOF detained 6 other Palestinians after they stormed their homes and terrorized their families and relatives.
