Israeli occupation forces notified Palestinians to stop the construction of 17 establishments in the town of Aqraba, south of Nablus, Thursday, May 25, 2025.
The head of the Aqraba municipality, Salah Jaber, said that the occupation forces delivered 17 notices to stop the construction of agricultural rooms, sheep pens, mobile homes, and agricultural roads.
Regularly, Israeli occupation forces carry out demolitions against Palestinian homes and structures in the occupied West Bank under the pretext of building without a permit, displacing Palestinian families from their own homelands.
Over the past two weeks, Israeli occupation forces have demolished 42 Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, which resulted in displacing 50 Palestinians, including 23 children, according to a recent periodic report by OCHA.
So far in 2023, Israeli occupation forces have demolished 299 Palestinian structures in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, OCHA reported.
According to the Palestinian Commission of Colonization and Wall Resistance, Israeli occupation courts have issued 5820 demolition orders against Palestinian structures in the occupied West Bank since 2015.
