DaysofPal-The Ministry of Health in Gaza has reported that Israeli occupation forces killed 103 civilians and injured 427 others across the Gaza Strip within the last 24 hours.
In a statement issued Thursday to the Safa News Agency, the ministry warned that the true toll is likely higher, as numerous victims remain trapped under rubble or lie in the streets, unreachable by overwhelmed ambulance and civil defense teams.
According to the ministry, the total death toll from Israel’s ongoing military assault on Gaza has now reached 55,207, with at least 127,821 reported injuries since the war began on October 7, 2023.
Since March 18, 2025 alone, 4,924 people have been killed and 15,780 wounded in renewed attacks.
The ministry also reported that among those seeking humanitarian aid, 21 were killed and more than 294 injured today. This raises the total number of victims killed in or near designated aid distribution areas to 245, with over 2,152 injured—highlighting the deadly risks civilians face even when trying to access basic necessities.
