Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested dozens of Palestinian worshipers Friday 15 April 2022 while injuring a large number of them inside the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The lawyer for the Wadi Hilweh Information Centre, Silwan Firas al-Jabbrini, said that IOF arrested 450 Palestinian worshippers from the Al-Aqsa courtyard and the tribal mosque, turning them into the “Madoat of Adumim” camp.
Meanwhile, local sources confirmed that more than 150 worshippers were injured in the occupying forces’ vicious attack against worshippers in Al-Aqsa.
The occupation announced the injury of eight of its members during confrontations with worshipers and the transfer of a number of them to hospitals.
The preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Ikrima Sabri, stressed that the occupation used treachery and attacked unarmed worshippers with war methods and firearms, strongly warning against introducing offerings to Al-Aqsa.
