Israeli occupation forces IOF on Wednesday early morning, August 17, launched a massive detention campaign, kidnapping about 40 Palestinians, including ex-detainees in different areas of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Prisoners Information Office reported on Wednesday morning that the Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of raids in the town of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem, and arrested 23 Palestinians after raiding and searching their homes.

In Ramallah, the Israeli occupation forces detained the Palestinian ex-detainees Hamza Awad and Ali Hamdan during military incursions into their houses in Kubar and Sirah towns.

In a related incident, Israeli occupation forces broke into Yabud town in Jenin and kidnapped 11 Palestinians. Moreover, IOF detained three other Palestinians from the occupied West Bank cities of Tulkarm and Nablus.

Israeli occupation forces regularly carry out military incursions in the cities of the occupied West Bank, kidnapping Palestinians after terrorizing their families and wreaking havoc on their homes.
