Israeli occupation forces (IOF) invaded Thursday the town of Halhul, north of Hebron. As a result, confrontations erupted between the citizens of the town and IOF, local sources reported.
They said that the occupation forces invaded in large numbers the center of the town of Halhul, closed the main street and prevented the movement of citizens, and raided a money exchange shop and closed it.
As a result, clashes erupted between the youths and the occupation forces, during which the soldiers fired stun grenades and poison gas at citizens and shops, causing a number of them to suffocate, they stated.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said that 7 Palestinians were wounded by the occupation forces’ bullets in the city of Halhoul, in the southern West Bank.
They confirmed that their crews dealt with 7 injuries in Halhul, which were classified as 4 with live bullets, among the injuries, a serious injury was transferred to Al-Mizan Hospital, another one with rubber in the head was taken to the hospital, and another two were injured with stun grenades in the head and they were taken to the hospital.
