Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) forced Saturday, July 8, 2023, the Jerusalemite Kayed Edkidik to self-demolish his house in Al-Saadiya neighborhood in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that the occupation authorities notified the Palestinian citizen of the demolition order of his house, otherwise paying a hefty fine, forcing him to demolish it himself.
In a related context, Israeli occupation forces in great numbers stormed the Shuafat refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem and fired rubber bullets and toxic gas bombs at Palestinian citizens’ homes, and removed banners supporting the residents of the city of Jenin.
