According to a local official, dozens of Palestinians suffocated Wednesday, September 14, 2022 during confrontations with Israeli occupation soldiers in the community of Burqa to the northwest of Nablus.
Israeli forces launched a barrage of tear gas canisters at village inhabitants amid conflicts, according to Ghassan Daghlas, a representative in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank.
Many villagers’ residents suffocated after breathing the tear gas as these confrontations come as an act of rejecting Israeli inhumane policies towards Palestinian citezens.
