DAYS OF PALESTINE – Gigi Hadid has announced that she is donating her earnings from the “Fall 2022” shows to help people suffering from the war in Ukraine and Palestine.
“Having set a fashion month schedule has meant that my colleagues and I often present new fashion collections during heartbreaking and traumatic times,” Gigi wrote. “We don’t have control over most of our work schedules, but we would like to walk ‘for’ something.”
Gigi’s announcement comes a day after her sister and supermodel Bella Hadid questioned the silence on atrocities in Muslim countries unlike the outrage pouring out against the war in Ukraine. Both supermodel sisters have been vocal about Israel’s atrocities in Palestine.

“Following in the footsteps of my friend [model] Mica Argañaraz,I am pledging to donate my earnings from fall 2022 to aid those suffering from the war in Ukraine, as well as continuing to support those experiencing the same in Palestine.”
Gigi remarked that it’s the innocent people and not the leaders who pay for the war at the end of the day.
