DaysofPal – Since the ceasefire agreement went into effect on October 10, 2025, Israeli forces have violated it 1,520 times, killing 559 Palestinians and injuring 1,500 more, according to a statement released by the Government Media Office in Gaza on Wednesday.

In a press statement, the office said the violations occurred over a period of 115 days and represented systematic breaches of the ceasefire terms and international humanitarian law. According to the figures released, the violations included 522 incidents of gunfire, 73 military incursions into residential areas, 704 bombardment and targeting operations, and 221 demolitions of homes and civilian structures.

The statement stressed that civilians accounted for the overwhelming majority of casualties, representing 99 percent of those killed. Among the dead were 288 children, women, and elderly people, compared with 268 adult men. The number of injured reached 1,500, with more than 900 children, women, and elderly individuals wounded inside residential neighborhoods and far from the designated buffer zone. Civilian injuries therefore reached 99.2 percent of the total.

The media office also reported that 50 Palestinians were arrested during the same period, all detained from within residential areas and outside the agreed ceasefire boundaries.

On the humanitarian front, the statement revealed that only 29,603 aid, commercial, and fuel trucks entered Gaza, out of 69,000 trucks that were supposed to be allowed in under the agreement. This represents a compliance rate of just 43 percent. Fuel deliveries were even lower, reaching only 14 percent of the agreed quantities.

The office said Israel failed to comply with the humanitarian protocol, including the entry of shelter materials, tents, mobile housing units, heavy machinery needed to remove rubble and recover bodies, and essential medical supplies. It also cited the continued closure of the Rafah crossing, the non-operation of Gaza’s power plant, and repeated violations of the designated buffer zone.

The statement warned that the ongoing violations represent a serious attempt to undermine the ceasefire agreement and have significantly worsened the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza. It held Israel fully responsible for the deteriorating conditions and the continued loss of civilian life.

The Government Media Office called on the US president, ceasefire guarantors, mediators, the international community, and the United Nations to fulfill their legal and moral responsibilities. It urged immediate action to compel Israel to fully implement the agreement, ensure civilian protection, and guarantee the safe and uninterrupted flow of humanitarian aid and fuel into Gaza.
