Dozens of Israeli settlers broke into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of Israeli occupation forces on Sunday, February 19, 2023.
Palestinian sources in Jerusalem reported that nearly 81 Israeli extremist settlers, protected by Israeli occupation forces, invaded the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque via its Al-Maghariba gate.
It added that settlers in successive groups invaded Al-Aqsa and performed provocative rituals under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
On a daily basis, Israeli settlers carry out incursions into the blessed Mosque and provocatively perform Talmudic rituals under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation authorities impose suffocating restrictions on the Palestinians’ entry to Al-Aqsa Mosque, regularly banning worshippers from entering the holy Mosque.
However, the Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem continue their calls to mobilize at Al-Aqsa to confront the Israeli incursions, which increased with the beginning of the Netanyahu government.
