Dozens of Israeli Jewish settlers on Monday morning, July 4, broke into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque through al-Maghariba gate, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
According to the Islamic Endowment Department of Jerusalem, dozens of settlers have stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque since the morning in groups, performing provocative tours. The Endowment Department added that Israeli settlers received lectures during their tours about their alleged temple and performed provocative rituals.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation authorities impose movement restrictions on Muslim worshiper’s entry to Al-Aqsa. Since the start of 2022, the Israeli occupation authorities banished 643 Palestinians from Al-Aqsa.
Jewish settlers carry out daily raids in Al-Aqsa Mosque in the morning and the afternoon except on Fridays and Saturdays. About 27,000 Israeli settlers have raided Al-Aqsa during the first six months of 2022.
