Dozens of Israeli extremist settlers on Wednesday morning, August 3, invaded the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.
The Department of Islamic Endowment reported that groups of Israeli settlers raided the courtyards of Al-Aqsa, performing provocative rituals.
Meanwhile, Israeli far-right groups called for a conference to discuss the third anniversary of what was so-called Tisha B’Av.
Israeli occupation authorities impose movement restrictions on Muslim worshipers’ entry to Al-Aqsa. During the first six months of 2022, the Israeli occupation authorities banished up to 643 Palestinians from the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the third holiest mosque for Muslims.
Meanwhile, Jewish settlers carry out daily raids in Al-Aqsa Mosque in the morning and the afternoon except on Fridays and Saturdays.
