Confrontations between Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) and Palestinian citizens broke out Wednesday evening, March 15, 2023 following the attack IOF carried out in Husan village, west of occupied Bethlehem.
The head of the Husan village council, Muhammad Sabatin, said that confrontations centered in the “Al-Matina” area at the eastern entrance of the village, that the occupation forces fired tear gas canisters and sound bombs, without any injuries reported yet.
Tensions have escalated between Palestinian citizens and Israeli occupation forces amid intensified Israeli deadly military raids in occupied Palestinian territories.
It’s noteworthy that these provocative acts come amid the escalating atmosphere, especially after the formation of the new Israeli Government as daily violations against Palestinian citizens, deliberate detentions, house demolitions and mandatory deportation policy are doubled and multiplied in a way to suffocate and complicate Palestinians’ lives.
