Dozens of colonial Israeli settlers invaded Tuesday, 27 September 2022 the occupied West Bank village of Kisan, east of Bethlehem, and set up new outposts on the village’s lands.
Local sources reported that a group of colonial Israeli settlers broke into Kisan village and set up three outposts in Khallet al-Hamra, east of the village.
Four illegal outposts were erected a week ago in Wadi Hassa, east of Bethlehem by the Israeli settlers, aiming to seize the Palestinian-owned land later, the source added.
Israeli settlers’ attacks have escalated recently against the Palestinian citizens’ own lands in Kisan village including attacking the Palestinian shepherds, preventing them from reaching their lands, in addition to cutting the water pipes that reach the Wadi Abyan community, east of Bethlehem.
Since the beginning of 2022, Israeli settlers have carried out 290 attacks on Palestinians and their own property in the occupied West Bank, 230 of which caused property damage, and 60 of them caused injuries to Palestinian residents, according to United Nations reports.
More than 650,000 colonial settlers distributed among 164 illegal settlements and 124 outposts built on the stolen lands of occuiped West Bank and Jerusalem.
The West Bank and Jerusalem lands are occupied territories based on International law due to this all Israeli settlement-building activities there are illegal.
