After Issuing Release Decision: Israeli Occupation Procrastinates Release of Hanadi Al-Halawani
M.S | DOP -

The Israeli occupation is procrastinating the release of Jerusalemite Hanadi Al-Halawani, and refuses to report her whereabouts, despite the issuance of a judicial decision 5 hours ago today, Monday, January 30, to release her with conditions.

Palestinian media sources reported that the occupation kept Al-Halawani captive, despite the passage of more than 5 hours after the issuance of the release decision, and refused to inform her family of her whereabouts.

Earlier this morning, the lawyer, Khaled Zabarqa, explained that the occupation decided to release Al-Halwani, on the condition of deporting from Al-Aqsa Mosque until 7/2/2023.

Among the conditions are preventing Al-Halwani from using the Internet until next February 17, paying two thousand shekels, and preventing her communication with certain people.

Israeli occupation forces detained Al-Halawani at dawn last Tuesday from inside her home, noting that she is far from Al-Aqsa Mosque and banned from traveling.

The total period during which the occupation deported Hanadi Al-Halawani from Al-Aqsa Mosque was about eight years, over various periods.
