DaysofPal- At least 7 Palestinians were killed Friday evening when Israeli forces bombed a crowd of civilians outside Ahmed Yassin Mosque in Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza. 19 others were wounded, several critically.
Local sources said the strike hit mourners as a funeral procession was leaving the mosque. The dead were identified as Bilal Hathat, Jamil Abu Dalal, Humam Abu Breik, Saleh al-Qatrawi, Obeida Ali Sidam, Mohammed Hamdouna, and Nidal Maher Ahmed.
The attack came amid a series of Israeli raids across Gaza that killed 12 more Palestinians since dawn Friday, marking continued violations of the ceasefire agreement.
Gaza’s Health Ministry reports that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 1,127 Palestinians have been killed and 3,643 injured, with 800 bodies recovered from rubble.
Since Israel’s assault began on October 7, 2023, the cumulative toll has reached 73,250 killed and 173,751 wounded, according to ministry data.
