Israeli occupation tanks bombarded on Tuesday early morning northern Gaza cities of Beit Lahiya and Beit Hanoun, causing much damage in Palestinian properties.
Palestinian medical sources reported a large number of children and women suffered panic and fled their house before the emergence of the daylight.
Eyewitnesses also reported much damage caused in the Palestinian houses targeted by the Israeli occupation bombings.
It is for the second consecutive day that the northern Gaza cities come under the Israeli bombardment and mass media report no casualties.
Commenting on the bombardment, the Israeli occupation forces claimed in a statement that that the Israeli soldiers came under fire from the side of the blockaded enclave.
Denying that the Israeli occupation tanks targeted civilian houses, the Israeli occupation army claimed it targeted two Hamas military bases.
In late 2014, the Israeli occupation launched a 51-day onslaught on the seaside territory on claims of undermining the capability of Palestinian factions to fire rockets into Israel.
At least 2,322 Palestinians were killed and around 11,000 injured, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
