DayofPal– The Israeli occupation army has committed several massacres over the past 48 hours in Nuseirat’s new camp and its surroundings in central Gaza Strip, Gaza Government Media Office reported.
The attacks, described by people as apocalyptic, have resulted in the killing of more than 40 people and the injury of dozens, including many children and women.
In a statement published on Saturday evening, Gaza office added that the Israeli army’s military operations in Nuseirat have bombed and destroyed 254 residential buildings in only 48-hour period.
The army used internationally prohibited weapons indiscriminately dropped from fighter jets and tanks on civilians’ houses without warnings.
Alongside airstrikes and artillery shells, the army planted explosive barrels between citizens’ homes then detonated them remotely without any legal considerations.
Other types of ammunitions include using missiles with immense destructive power that aimed at the citizens’ homes, most of which are covered with asbestos and zinc sheets, reducing them to rubble in a way that exceeds human comprehension.
The office decried the Israeli occupation’s heinous crimes against humanity, highlighting the deliberate massacres and acts of genocide aimed at innocent civilians, including children and women, calling on all free people around the globe to take supportive stances.
Israeli occupation as well as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and other nations complicit in these atrocities are blamed for the ongoing war and the crime of genocide in Gaza.
The office further urged the international community and all UN and global organizations to take decisive action, applying pressure on the Israeli occupation to end the crimes against humanity inflicted upon the Palestinian people and to stop the genocide targeting defenseless civilians in the Gaza Strip.
